Simply take it out of the freezer and put it in the oven when you’re ready to eat!

The pasta: 00 flour. eggs and oil
Bolognese sauce: ground beef. italian pancetta (pork). carrots. celery. onions. beef stock. wine. italian peeled tomatoes.
Internal stuffing: bolognese sauce. fresh homemade mozzarella. bechamel. Parmigiano Reggiano. nutmeg. tomato sauce. oil. salt.
How to prepare
When your lasagna arrives. place it immediately in the freezer.
When you’re ready to enjoy it. you have two options:
1) Move the lasagna to the refrigerator the day before. then heat it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
2) Remove it from the freezer 3 hours before eating. then microwave for 5 minutes.
